Yes. We currently serve Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, India, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Standard international transit is 5 to 9 working days; express is 2 to 4.

Pakistan and UK orders are delivered duty-paid. International orders ship DDU — local customs may collect duties on arrival. Our care team can pre-quote duties on request before checkout.

Yes — within 90 minutes of order, write to [email protected] with your order number. After cutting begins on a made-to-measure piece, changes are no longer possible.

Thirty days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original studio packaging. Embroidered or monogrammed pieces are final-sale.

Returns are free within Pakistan and the United Kingdom. International returns carry a flat PKR 800 carrier fee, deducted from the refund. Store credit refunds are honoured at 110% of the original value.

Once your parcel arrives at our studio, refunds are issued within 3 working days. Banks generally clear the credit within a further 3 to 5 working days, depending on the issuer.

Our scrubs are cut close to the body, athleisure runs true, and lab coats are tailored with a half-inch ease over a fitted shoulder. We recommend the size guide and, where possible, an in-person fitting at your nearest stockist.

Yes. Submit nine measurements through our studio portal or book a fitting at any partner stockist. Made-to-measure adds 7 to 10 days to lead time and a flat PKR 4,500 studio fee.

Of course. Free size exchanges in Pakistan and the UK; international exchanges follow the standard return process. Embroidered pieces cannot be exchanged once finished.

Cool wash at 30°C, inside out, with a neutral detergent. Hang to dry away from direct sun. Do not tumble dry the lab coats. Full instructions are listed on the care label and at /care-guide.

Standard monogramming adds 3 working days; bespoke crest work adds 5 to 7. All embroidery is hand-finished at our studio on a single dedicated machine.

Yes. We use 1000-denier polyester thread tested to 200 industrial wash cycles at 60°C. The studio offers a complimentary re-stitch on any embroidery within five years of purchase.

Yes — we partner with hospitals, surgical groups and aesthetic clinics. Programmes start at 24 garments. Our wholesale team builds embroidery, sizing and rotation schedules per partner.
