The process
Four steps, end to end.
Step 01
Request.
Open a return through your account or write to [email protected] with your order number.
Step 02
Pack.
Refold into the original studio pouch. Include the slip and any tags from the parcel.
Step 03
Send.
Drop at the carrier label provided, or arrange courier collection at no extra fee.
Step 04
Refund.
Issued within 3 working days of arrival. Banks clear within a further 3 to 5.
