By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Zeruvmed Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12345678.

These terms, together with our privacy policy, cookies policy, and the confirmation email we send when an order is accepted, form the entire agreement between us.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or use scripts and crawlers that place an unreasonable load on the server.

Reselling Zeruvmed garments through unauthorised channels is a breach of these terms and may also be a trademark infringement.

You are responsible for the credentials you set on your account. Pick a strong password and do not share it. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us immediately.

We may suspend an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe it has been compromised, or that it is being used for fraud.

A purchase begins as an offer from you. The contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until that moment we may decline the order — for example if an item has gone out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if the payment cannot be authorised.

Payment is taken at checkout via our PCI-DSS certified processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and select local methods. The full card number never touches our servers.

Prices on the site are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. For orders shipped outside the UK, taxes and import duties may be charged on arrival, payable by the recipient, unless the destination country offers a delivered-duty-paid option at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors before dispatch. Where a correction is needed we will tell you, and you may cancel the order in full.

Shipping methods, lead times and costs are listed on our shipping and returns page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has cleared in full.

All content on this site — photography, copy, patterns, the Zeruvmed name and marks — belongs to Zeruvmed Ltd or to our licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any of it without our written consent, except for personal viewing and the brief excerpts permitted under fair dealing.

The site is provided as-is. We take care to keep stock levels, descriptions and prices accurate, but we cannot warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of bugs.

Our garments are professional apparel, not personal protective equipment. They are not certified for surgical sterile fields, hazardous-material response, or biosafety level 3+ environments unless explicitly stated.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is capped at the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, or reputational damage.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, except where you, as a consumer, have non-waivable rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the moment the order is placed. We will date every update, and email the change if it materially affects your rights.
